Twilio is a cloud communication service provider that enables you to build cloud communication applications using voice and SMS. It enables users to use standard web languages to build voice, VoIP and SMS apps via a web API. Twilio allows software developers to programmatically make and receive phone calls and send and receive text messages using its web service APIs.
Creating a connection means establishing a link between Built.io Flow express and an external application. This connection is then used by Built.io Flow express to access your resources in the application.
Let’s look at how to add your account.
In the ‘Authorization’ step, click ‘Connect’ or ‘Add an account’ located at the bottom of the page. This will open a new dialog that will prompt you to log in to your Twilio account, and grant access to Built.io Flow Express.
Once you do this, a new connection will be added, and you will be directed to the next step of your flow. You can, at any time, go back to the ‘Authorization’ step, and rename the connection that you have added.
