Common Questions

To use Smartsheet in your workflow, you will first need to connect Smartsheet to Flow Express. 

To do this, select any Smartsheet event from the list of actions in the ‘Select an Action’ page. Now the ‘Connect’ step requires you to connect Flow Express to your Smartsheet account. To do this, click the '+ Add a New Account' button.

A new dialog box will open up, where you need to log in to your Smartsheet account.


After logging in to your Smartsheet account, it will direct you to the next page for authorizing Smartsheet to Flow Express.

If you are already logged in to your account, the authorization will be created automatically. You can rename the authorization as per your choice.

You will now see the added authorization under ‘Choose Account’. Once added, this authorization will be available in any Smartsheet action or trigger.
