Salesforce is a leading enterprise customer relationship manager (CRM) application that allows you to log, manage, and analyze all customer activity in one place. It provides cloud computing as well as social enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Salesforce lets you monitor everything from sales leads to support tickets, and from channel marketing to website analytics.


Authorization means granting Flow Express the permission to make authorized calls to Salesforce on your behalf. This process of authorizing involves connecting to your account in Salesforce that you want the flow to use.

Let’s look at how to add your account.

In the ‘Authorization’ step, click ‘Authorize’ or ‘Add an account’ located at the bottom of the page. This will open a new dialog that will prompt you to log in to your Salesforce account, and grant access to Flow Express.

Once you do this, a new authorization will be added, and you will be directed to the next step of your flow. You can, at any time, go back to the ‘Authorization’ step, and rename the authorization that you have added.

Note: Once an authorization is created, it will always be available in any Salesforce action. You simply need to select the authorization. You need not create a new one every time.
