Common Questions

To use Salesforce actions in any flow, you will first need to connect Salesforce with Flow Express.

To do this, select any Salesforce event from the list of actions in the ‘Select an Action’ page. Now, the ‘Connect’ step requires you to connect Flow Express to your Salesforce account. To do this, click the ‘+Add an account’ button and login to your Salesforce account in the new window that appears.


By default, the value for this field is If you aren’t using a custom Salesforce domain (or using common endpoints such as, click ‘Allow’ to go to the next step of authorization. If you are using a custom domain (such as, enter your custom domain in the given field, and then click ‘Allow’.

The next page will prompt you to enter your Salesforce account credentials.


Once you click ‘Log In’ after entering your account username and password, you will receive a verification code on your registered email address. Enter the verification code and click ‘Verify’. 

Rename the authorization as per your choice and click ‘Add’.

You will now see the added authorization under ‘Choose Account’. Once added, this authorization will be available in any Salesforce action or trigger.
