To use any Pipedrive actions in your workflow, you will first need to connect Pipedrive to Built.io Flow Express.
To do this, select any Pipedrive event from the list of actions in the ‘Select an Action’ page. Now the ‘Connect’ step requires you to connect Built.io Flow Express to your Pipedrive account. To do this, click on ‘Add A New Account’ link. This link redirects you to a new dialog box which requires you to enter the API token of your Pipedrive account.
Obtaining Pipedrive API Token
Log in to your Pipedrive account. Click on your name in the top-right corner, and select 'Settings'.
Now, click on 'API' tab. Here, you will find the API token of your Pipedrive account. Copy and paste this API token in the 'Connect' configuration step of Pipedrive account, and click on 'Next'.
Once you click on 'Next', you will now see the added connection under ‘Choose Account’. Once added, this connection will be available in any Pipedrive action or trigger.
