Common Questions

To use Cisco Spark in your workflow, you will first need to connect Cisco Spark to Flow Express. 

To do this, select any Cisco Spark event from the list of actions in the ‘Select an Action’ page. Now the ‘Connect’ step requires you to connect Flow Express to your Cisco Spark account. To do this, click the '+ Add a New Account' button.You should then get a pop up window from Cisco Spark asking you to authorize the connection between your Cisco Spark account and Flow Express.


Click on ‘Allow’. After this, you will be prompted to login to your Cisco Spark account. Once you are logged in, you will see the added authorization under ‘Choose Account’. Once added, this authorization will be available in any Cisco Spark action or trigger.
