ActiveCampaign is an intelligent platform that makes it easy to leverage marketing automation. Creating a connection means establishing a link between Flow Express and an external application. This connection is then used by Flow Express to access your resources in the application.

Let’s look at how to add your account.

In the ‘Authorization’ step, click ‘Connect’ or ‘Add an account’ located at the bottom of the page. This will open a new dialog that will prompt you to log in to your ActiveCampaign account, and grant access to Flow Express.

Once you do this, a new connection will be added, and you will be directed to the next step of your workflow. You can, at any time, go back to the ‘Authorization’ step, and rename the connection that you have added.

Note: Once a connection is created, it will always be available in any ActiveCampaign action. You simply need to select the connection. You need not create a new one every time.
